And this week, we are pleased to introduce you to the two newest members of the EPI Headquarters Team!

Meet Natalie Pinkerman.

The marketing team’s newest addition!

To assist in maintaining the rapid growth that EPI has experienced over the past two years and to support the increased marketing and media needs of CEPAs across the world, EPI is excited to introduce you to Natalie Pinkerman, EPI Marketing Coordinator!

Ms. Pinkerman brings strong technical skill to the EPI marketing team with a specialization in digital strategies, project management, and graphic design. She brings a background in working directly with executive leadership and has an incredible skill set for making ideas into reality. With EPI, Natalie will support the marketing, execution, and growth of the Chapter Network and the hundreds of webinar programs each year.

Meet Jocelyn Bires.

As the internal team grows so do the needs of a larger headquarters staff and we are thrilled to introduce you to Jocelyn Bires, the EPI Office Assistant and key administrator for State of Owner Readiness™ projects nationwide.

In her career and in her graduate studies, Ms. Bires has established a reputation for advanced organization, granular attention to detail, and warm customer service.

In addition to invaluable office support, Jocelyn works with sponsors and universities from across the network in curating information and coordinating research efforts to further advance the effectiveness and visibility of ongoing owner research reports.

About Exit Planning Institute:

The Exit Planning Institute (EPI) is an education company that provides exit planning education to advisors and middle market business owners.  We view exit planning as a strategy, not an event.

EPI leads the professional services profession with the best industry content, ongoing support, and owner education platform, all of which align with our mission: Change the outcome.

Only 2 out of every 10 businesses that come to market actually sell.  We want to increase the number of saleable businesses.

Only 30% of family businesses successfully transition to the second generation, only 12% transfer to the third, and the success rates diminish from there.  We want to improve those intergenerational transitions.

Of those that succeed in the sale of their business, 75% experience “profound regret” within one year of exiting their business.  We want to understand why and create strategies that achieve profound success, wealth, and satisfaction.

EPI is an education company, powered by an elite community of top advisors and owners, all focused toward creating a valuable, transferable future for the business marketplace.
