An interactive review of two contrasting letters of intent designed to allow team members to explore and distinguish key considerations between selling a business versus raising capital to grow a business.  The simulation will explore these considerations from the perspective of the business owner and the role of advisors throughout the process.

  • Identify benefits and risks of each structure to the business owner
  • Explore when professional advisors should join the letter of intent process
