The EPI Model: Advisor Recommendations from Start to Finish

Participants will be divided into six groups.  One participant from each group will be designated in advance as an owner and they will be given their stories.  Each owner will be introduced by a “trusted advisor” who will share what they have learned to date from the owner.  The entire group will set to work learning more from the owner and provide advice and recommendations.nbsp;

Learning objectives:

  • Gain insight into the type of information and advice other advisors provide
  • Utilize the EPI model to structure value acceleration and exit strategy
