Real Business Valuation Case Studies

Real Business Valuation Case Studies

Join us as we examine three (3) real business valuation case studies by some of the top professional valuators in the Atlanta area. We’ll go through each one and hear firsthand the thought process of how they approached their engagement and the conclusion(s) they made. Hear how the other two (2) valuators would have approached it. After all, valuation is a combination methodology and art.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the different valuation approaches
  • Learn how to build a discount rate for use in the income approach
  • Learn how to blend/assess the approaches and methods used to form a conclusion as to a range of value or specific value.
  • Learn what are the subjective aspects of business valuation that drive an appraiser’s value conclusion
