Owner Exit Options

Owner Exit Options

Most business owners are not aware of all their exit options. In this panel discussion, hear from several advisors and business owners about the different exit options that are available including family transitions, sales to an unrelated third party, sales to private equity, and ESOPs. Learn some of the advantages and disadvantages of each and how to help a business owner identify which is the best option for them!

**Advisors must bring at least one business owner in order to attend.

Learning Objectives:

  • List the various exit options
  • Contrast the pros and cons for specific exit options
  • Identify the steps involved in ESOP
