Business Value Growth & Organizational Development

NORTHEAST WISCONSIN CHAPTER EVENT

Business Value Growth & Organizational Development

The tip of the business iceberg is profitability, but what lies beneath is arguably as important as the financial results – in fact it often drives the financial results.  What lies beneath are the intangibles – those aspects of business that are hard to measure but are absolutely critical to growing and sustaining the value of it.  They represent the often overlooked and undervalued aspects of business that, with time, strategy and focus, can maximize results above the water line.  These intangibles include the four types of intellectual capital: human, customer, structural and social.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the importance of having the “right people in the right seats on the bus” and how, doing so, maximizes business value
  • Learn the importance of a diversified customer base and how to employ strategies that grow customer value and result in increased profitability
  • Learn how standardization and infrastructure contribute to stability, efficiency and profitability
  • Learn what comprises great culture and how it can increase the value of your business

EXIT PLANNING IS GOOD BUSINESS STRATEGY

The EPI Northeast Wisconsin Local Chapter is different than other groups because it brings together a diverse group of professionals from a wide range of specialties that can naturally work collaboratively on exit planning, succession planning, value growth, transaction or any engagement from both sides of the equation. The chapter meets regularly to network, reconnect, grow knowledge, and sharpen their skills with a common goal: Change the outcome for transitioning business owners. Make plans to join us for future events and connect with the local leadership by visiting www.EPINortheast.org.
