PITTSBURGH CHAPTER EVENT

What Is the Value of Your Business? Here's Some Ways to Maximize it.

Value is in the eye of the beholder and most owners feel that their company is worth more than it is.  In order to close the gap between what we want our companies to be worth and what they are worth in reality we need to focus on strategies that over time will drastically increase a business’s value to a 3rd party.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn business strategies from those who have drastically increased their own company’s value in a short amount of time
  • Identify areas where dramatic value creation can take place in your own business
  • Learn about things that decrease your value in a buyer’s mind

About the Presenters:

Learn from industry experts David Eichenlaub, Michael Lewis, and Dan Milich.

EXIT PLANNING IS GOOD BUSINESS STRATEGY

The EPI Pittsburgh Local Chapter is different than other groups because it brings together a diverse group of professionals from a wide range of specialties that can naturally work collaboratively on exit planning, succession planning, value growth, transaction or any engagement from both sides of the equation. The chapter meets regularly to network, reconnect, grow knowledge, and sharpen their skills with a common goal: Change the outcome for transitioning business owners. Make plans to join us for future events and connect with the local leadership by visiting www.EPIPittsburgh.org
