The panel will be led by Mary O. Andrews who is an Olympian, certified coach, and business owner.  Mary works with leaders struggling with the human side of exit planning by helping shift underlying patterns of behavior in families and business cultures that often undermine even the best exit plans.

Meet Mary O. Andrews

Mary has witnessed clients produce exponentially better results in her 10 years as a professional coach than when she just provided performance consulting.  Tapping into the wisdom of clients and giving them the space to think beyond daily fire-fighting is the key to professional coaching.

Mary has a master’s degree from Stanford University.  She is President of Andrews Performance Corporation and holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach.  Mary incorporates the Play Big mindset of Olympians into her work, based on her own experience as an Olympian and researching high performance at Stanford.   Mary serves on the board of the San Diego Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute, which assists business owners with all aspects of exiting their businesses and successfully transitioning to the next phase of their lives.
