TWIN CITIES METRO AREA CHAPTER EVENT

Team Collaboration

Julie Keyes, CEPA and President of EPI’s Twin Cities Metro Area Chapter will present on this important and frequently overlooked aspect of Exit Planning. As a member of EPI’s CEPA faculty, Julie teaches this course for CEPA students and has the first-hand experience in forming, managing and utilizing a team of professional advisors. Finding members for your team is not the hard part, it’s defining a proven process and following it through implementation. In addition, understanding how advisors tend to resist working as a team due to their fear of reciprocity and reputation management will also be addressed.

EXIT PLANNING IS GOOD BUSINESS STRATEGY

The EPI Local Chapter is different than other groups because it brings together a diverse group of professionals from a wide range of specialties that can naturally work collaboratively on exit planning, succession planning, value growth, transaction or any engagement from both sides of the equation. The chapter meets regularly to network, reconnect, grow knowledge, and sharpen their skills with a common goal: Change the outcome for transitioning business owners. Make plans to join us for future events and connect with the local leadership by visiting www.EPITwinCities.org.
