Julie Keyes, CEPA and President of EPI’s Twin Cities Metro Area Chapter will present on this important and frequently overlooked aspect of Exit Planning. As a member of EPI’s CEPA faculty, Julie teaches this course for CEPA students and has the first-hand experience in forming, managing and utilizing a team of professional advisors. Finding members for your team is not the hard part, it’s defining a proven process and following it through implementation. In addition, understanding how advisors tend to resist working as a team due to their fear of reciprocity and reputation management will also be addressed.
