Prior to joining Marsh in 2018, Julia has gained more than 25 years of personal insurance experience, holding leadership roles in sales and marketing as well as launching new initiatives and divisions at several personal insurance companies and agencies in the southwestern US.

Julia earned a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Washington, Seattle and has utilized her education and experience to build a specialized expertise with the Hispanic client segment.
