WEST MICHIGAN CHAPTER EVENT

Working Through the Process and Numbers- Panel Discussion- On Case Study

Having a clear vision on what steps need to be taken will help you better advise and direct your client. Business Owners are looking for professionals that can best understand what they go through on a daily basis and can help them navigate through the challenges.

Also communicating with the business owners’ other advisors will be critical to the owner to assure them that everyone is focused on the same goal.

A case study will be emailed to all registered participants.

Learning Objectives:

This series will help you better understand some of the complexities and process that you will need to incorporate in your conversations with owners. A prepared advisor is a great resource for the owner and will elevate their status by putting the owners needs first.

About the Presenter:

Learn from the EPI West Michigan chapter President, Vincent Mastrovito, as he moderates a panel that will discuss the case study.

EXIT PLANNING IS GOOD BUSINESS STRATEGY

The EPI West Michigan Local Chapter is different than other groups because it brings together a diverse group of professionals from a wide range of specialties that can naturally work collaboratively on exit planning, succession planning, value growth, transaction or any engagement from both sides of the equation. The chapter meets regularly to network, reconnect, grow knowledge, and sharpen their skills with a common goal: Change the outcome for transitioning business owners.
