Meet Scott Mashuda:

Scott Mashuda is a founding member of River’s Edge Alliance Group.  He has over 20 years of mergers & acquisitions and business valuation experience.  He serves on the board of directors for M&A Source whose goal is to ensure all M&A Advisors know and work toward best practices in middle market transactions.  Scott was named to the 2013 “40 Under 40” top M&A Service Providers by the M&A Advisor.  He is an active member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.  And, he has previously served as an adjunct professor of entrepreneurial studies at Duquesne University’s Palumbo School of Business.
