NORTHEAST WISCONSIN CHAPTER EVENT

Panel Discussion – Navigating Family Dynamics During Business Transitions

Join a panel of experts to learn about the dynamics of working with family businesses.

There are key factors to consider when you are working with family businesses preparing for a transition.  Experienced advisors will share examples of successes and missed opportunities from their practice so that you can learn.

Most importantly our panel will help you to spot when you may no longer be the right advisor to help with family dynamics and share tips on how to gently guide the family to bring in another advisor who specializes in family dynamics.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn what the key factors are to consider when working with a family business during a transition
  • Hear experiences from local experts on what works and does not work to strengthen your approach
  • Learn to identify when you as an advisor my need to call in another advisor to help
