As the first in a 4-part series that will demonstrate collaboration at its best, it’s important to first explore the tools, process, and key elements needed for successful teams to facilitate an entrepreneur’s complete business succession journey from pre-engagement, discovery, value creation, and the eventual transition. Developing a successful team is more challenging than it sounds.
