Managing Change is the Key to Growth

Change is something that either happens to us or happens because of us. As leaders we need to have change happen because of us and manage that change in order to build a significant business. We are going to dive into some strategies on how to manage change and thrive because of it in this session.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand that leadership is managing change.
  • Build a better change management mindset.
  • Use these skills to build a better company to someday exit.

About the Presenters:

EXIT PLANNING IS GOOD BUSINESS STRATEGY

The EPI Pittsburgh Local Chapter is different than other groups because it brings together a diverse group of professionals from a wide range of specialties that can naturally work collaboratively on exit planning, succession planning, value growth, transaction or any engagement from both sides of the equation. The chapter meets regularly to network, reconnect, grow knowledge, and sharpen their skills with a common goal: Change the outcome for transitioning business owners.
