PITTSBURGH CHAPTER EVENT

Companies Are Still Buying...But What Industries Are They Focused On?

After a bit of a hiatus we are back and wanted to restart our chapter meetings by giving a market overview of what each of the members of the leadership team has been seeing over the past 6 months. The general health of the overall economy and the current market environment are two important variables to consider when looking to sell a business. The panel of experts will also cover the new economic developments due to the COVID-19 pandemic along with audience Q&A. A panel or M&A experts will be available to discuss recent trends in the industry and they will give an update on the general state of the marketplace for buyers and sellers. In addition, we have Sarah Clevenger the Principal of Blue River Financial Group to give us an update by industry.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn what industries buyers are looking at as targets in the new environment
  • Understand what is driving company multiples now and how that will be different moving forward post COVID-19
  • What do buyers want to see in a company and management team
