SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN CHAPTER EVENT

Learn the Second Phase of EPI's Value Acceleration Process: Gate Two (Prepare)

Whether you attended the January 2020 meeting or not regarding Gate One (Discover) of EPI’s Value Acceleration Process, you are encouraged to attend this as the meeting will start off with a quick summary of Gate One (Discover) and the deliverables that resulted as that will be the basis for this meeting’s discussion.

Using these deliverables the group will be guided in an interactive dialogue covering a wide range of topics that typically come up during Gate Two (Prepare). Best practices regarding these topics and in ways to handle common business owner objections at this stage of the process will be discussed as well.

Learning Objectives:

  • Continue the conversation from Gate One (Discover) to Gate Two (Prepare)
  • What does Gate Two (Prepare) entail?
  • Who’s on the business owner’s team at this point of the process?
  • Addressing all three legs of the stool / Creating the Master Plan
  • Setting priorities

You will be the presenter!

We hope that everyone is a speaker at some point during the meeting…this will be a guided dialogue that is completely interactive and dynamic.

EXIT PLANNING IS GOOD BUSINESS STRATEGY

The EPI Southeast Michigan Local Chapter is different than other groups because it brings together a diverse group of professionals from a wide range of specialties that can naturally work collaboratively on exit planning, succession planning, value growth, transaction or any engagement from both sides of the equation. The chapter meets regularly to network, reconnect, grow knowledge, and sharpen their skills with a common goal: Change the outcome for transitioning business owners.
