The Current State of The M&A Market

TWIN CITIES METRO AREA VIRTUAL CHAPTER EVENT

THE CURRENT STATE OF THE M&A MARKET

We will be having a local panel of M&A experts available to discuss recent trends in the industry and they will give an update on the general state of the marketplace. The timing of when a business is sold can have a large impact on the end result. The general health of the overall economy and the current market environment are only two important variables to consider when looking to sell a business. The panel of experts will also cover the new economic developments due to the COVID-19 pandemic along with audience Q&A.

Learning Objectives:

  • What impact the recent coronavirus outbreak is having on domestic businesses?
  • What industries are most vulnerable and have been impacted the most over the past year?
  • Why it is a good or bad time to sell your business?
  • What does the process look like for buyers and sellers?
