There Is Always More to Shoot For!

There Is Always More to Shoot For!

If you love to shoot – or want to learn to shoot – or like to watch your friends shoot – this is your place.

Milford Hills offers an experience like no other sporting facility in the upper Midwest. All in a safe, comfortable environment suitable a group like ours. For those interested, from 3-4pm there will be a Five Stand Shotgun Instructional. Starting at 4pm, Five Stand Game – 25 shots per person. Then Annie Oakley, ending with Flurry.

Please know this is more fun with an entourage! We expect this to be a great networking event for business owners and professionals interested in exit planning and business ownership transitions, so even if you don’t plan to shoot, please join us for the networking. This is always a fun event with a nice sized group.

(Optional) Five Stand Instructional. Generally for the new shooters, we go on the 5-stand and just throw clays for individuals so they can become more comfortable shooting.

Five Stand Game. Five people at a time, 25 shots per person. Shooters rotate between the shooters box and shoot different combinations of singles and pairs.

Annie Oakley. Starts with 3 shooters. First shooter calls pull, if they miss their first shot then the second shooter can shoot at that clay. If the second shooter hits the clay, then the first shooter is out. If the second shooter misses and the third shooter hits it, then shooter 1 and 2 would be out. Repeat until only 1 shooter remains and you have your winner. If you shoot out of turn, you are done.

Flurry. 25 bird flurries where 4-5 shooters all shoot at the same time as birds are thrown randomly from the 5-8 throwers we have at the 5-stand.

BBQ Buffet Dinner, Networking. Beverages available for purchase – after shooting!
