Henry Silva, CEPA®, is a Wealth Advisor with Apollon Wealth Management, where he specializes in architecting customized and sophisticated wealth management strategies for ultra-high-net-worth business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Henry brings advanced expertise in value acceleration, business transition planning, and pre- and post-sale financial strategy, designed to help clients maximize business value while aligning their personal, financial, and estate planning goals.

He integrates cash flow, tax, estate, and investment planning in coordination with clients’ tax and legal professionals, ensuring every aspect of a client’s balance sheet works together. Through The Wealth Empowerment Formula™, Henry provides a clear, disciplined framework for navigating complex financial decisions, with specialized guidance on tax strategy, liquidity, and business succession to help clients achieve long-term, multigenerational outcomes.

Henry has been advising clients since 2010, bringing extensive and perspective to every relationship. Before joining Apollon, he held key roles at J.P. Morgan Chase, first as a Private Client Banker in Chase Private Client and later as an Associate with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he served high-net-worth families across South Florida.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of South Florida. Outside of Apollon, Henry has held national leadership positions, including serving as President and Trustee for Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. He is currently Chair of the Miami Chapter of the USF Alumni Association and serves on the Board of Directors for CCIM Miami.

Henry lives in Miami, FL with his wife, Ashley, and their two young children.
