REFUND POLICY

The Exit Planning Summit: Registration to the event is non-refundable. If a registrant is no longer able to attend the event, they will be awarded EPI Credits equal to their registration fee that can be used for future EPI purchases including books, programs, events, memberships, and other products.

The Certified Exit Planning Advisor Credentialing® (CEPA®) Program: Refundable within three months of purchase prior to the scheduled date of your selected CEPA® program minus an $800 cancellation fee. Once within the three-month period, the program, minus the $800 cancellation fee, is only refundable in EPI Credits that can be used for future EPI purchases including books, programs, events, memberships, and other products.

Chapter Event Refund Policy: A person who is attending a chapter meeting can cancel or change the reservation up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to the event. After the 48-hour mark, registrants will NOT be eligible for a refund or transfer.

All other EPI products, including books and EPI Academy courses, are non-refundable.
