Before joining Focal Point, Silvia spent over 25 years supporting financial services and technology organizations by holding leadership roles at Local & State Government, Cap Gemini, USAA, and Capital One. As an IT Director of Program Management, she was responsible for aligning and overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of efforts ranging from $24 million to $130 million, ensuring they aligned to the organizational strategy, vision, mission, and purpose. Her expertise in planning and delivering large-scale initiatives with impactful results has been a hallmark of her career. Throughout her career, she has had the pleasure of mentoring many leaders who are now in C-suite executive positions, and has successfully guided numerous teams to achieve great results. She always has had an entrepreneurial spirit. She has started and successfully marketed multiple businesses from inception in Consulting, Construction, and Real Estate.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas in San Antonio, TX and has acquired multiple certifications attesting to her dedication to deliver the best results possible through her skills. Silvia balances her professional life with her personal passion for fitness and travel. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and a proud mother of two children.
