Chris is an emerging leader in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and exit planning ecosystem, focused on helping privately held business owners unlock tax-efficient liquidity while preserving independence, culture, and long-term value. Based in Miami, Chris is rapidly building a national presence as a trusted advisor to founders evaluating alternatives to private equity and strategic buyers.

With over 15 years of experience spanning business development, corporate strategy, and fiduciary wealth management across the U.S. and Europe, Chris brings a unique combination of relationship-driven deal origination and technical financial expertise. He holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation, a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, and an MBA with honors from California Lutheran University's School of Management.

Chris is a registered securities representative (Series 7 and 66) through FINRA as well as a member of the Exit Advisor Alliance (EAA) and the National Center of Employee Ownership (NCEO).

He lives in Doral, Florida, with his wife, Dionne, and their two children. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and getting on the tennis court whenever possible.
