PROTECT, GROW & PRESERVE BUSINESS ASSETS AND PERSONAL WEALTH USING BUY-SELL, KEY PERSON & EXECUTIVE BONUS STRATEGIES.
Key people are often the most valuable yet overlooked element of exit planning. For many businesses, owners, partners and key employees are essential to increasing business revenue, driving long-term value and ensuring continuity of the business. Despite their importance, the risks tied to losing a business owner or key person are frequently under-addressed.
In this session, we will explore the role buy-sell agreements have in exit planning and identify frequent mistakes in design and funding. We will also examine how key person coverage can be strategically used to support business continuity and increase the value of the business. Finally, we will review unique strategies business owners can implement to attract and motivate key executives and employees.
Attendees will also gain insight into recent developments that may call for existing buy-sell agreements to be reviewed, as well as the implications the regulatory environment has for future exit planning.

-
