ADAM PATTEN

Adam is a West Point graduate, former U.S. Army officer, entrepreneur, and financial advisor who believes leadership is ultimately about stewardship—of people, resources, and opportunities.

A 2003 graduate of the United States Military Academy, Adam spent more than a decade serving as an Army officer. His military career taught him lessons that continue to shape his approach to business and life: take responsibility, make decisions with imperfect information, build teams you can trust, and never lose sight of the mission.

After earning an MBA from Liberty University, Adam pursued business-development and entrepreneurial roles before entering the financial-services industry. Today, he is a financial advisor with Prota Financial in Houston, where he works with successful individuals, families, and business owners on investment management, financial planning, tax strategy, retirement, and alternative investments.

He is also passionate about connecting the military and business communities, creating opportunities for leaders to learn from one another and apply lessons from military leadership to the business world.

Adam lives in the Houston area with his wife, Terri, and their four daughters. His faith, family, military service, and commitment to serving others form the foundation of how he approaches leadership, business, and life.

I'm actively involved in leadership and community efforts connected to West Point and the United States service-academy community, where I enjoy building relationships, developing leaders, and connecting people around shared purpose.

My wife Terri and I are raising four daughters and consider them one of greatest assignments from God!
