BRAD GRAVELLE
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Bradley Gravelle is equipped with the training, skills, and tools needed to strengthen relationships with business owners and serve as their most trusted advisor.
Through the knowledge learned in the credentialing program, CEPAs® holistically plan for an owner’s life outside of their business while successfully building significant value in their organization prior to their exit. Not only will a CEPA® help you effectively transition your business, but will also advise you on personal and personal financial matters.
Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Exit Planning Institute Currently lead advisor on a nine-figure business owner transition engagement Twenty-one years in wealth management; independent practice affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services since 2009 Private Wealth Advisor, Raymond James CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Certified Wealth Strategist® (CWS), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), MBA, Colorado State University
Brad M. Gravelle is Managing Partner and Private Wealth Advisor at ZeroThreeSixty™ Wealth Partners in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He works with business owners through the sale or succession of their companies and the wealth transition that follows.
What distinguishes his role on a deal team is that it doesn't end at closing. Brad is engaged in the 18 to 36 months before a transaction, when structure still drives outcome. That work includes QSBS qualification, pre-sale gifting through GRATs, IDGTs, and SLATs, charitable vehicles, installment sales, F-reorganizations, and the treatment of rollover equity. He then remains the family's advisor for the decades that follow, when proceeds have to fund an actual life. Most exit planning concludes where the second half of his work begins.
Brad's practice is built for the range the large platforms underserve. Institutional advanced-planning groups, his own firm's included, generally engage at $50 million and above, which leaves owners below that line to assemble a deal team themselves. Brad has been building that bench directly: transactional tax counsel, M&A and estate attorneys, valuation professionals, and lower-middle-market investment bankers, coordinated alongside his own team. Where transaction size warrants, the full Raymond James platform is available. For CPAs, transactional counsel, and bankers, that means the wealth management side of a transaction is covered without introducing a competitor to the table.
Brad began his career at Smith Barney in 2005 and has practiced independently, affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services, since 2009. He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and holds an MBA. Private Wealth Advisor is a designation awarded by Raymond James to advisors who have demonstrated mastery in anticipating and managing the expansive financial needs of high-net-worth individuals, families, and organizations. He works from a five-person team, which allows transition engagements to be staffed without disruption to ongoing client service.
Outside the office, Brad and his wife have five children. He rides mountain and road bikes in the Albuquerque foothills and serves on nonprofit boards in his community.
