Brenda Violette, CEPA®, is Founder and CEO of Violette Business Services, LLC and a Fractional Integrator who provides interim executive leadership to help business owners turn vision into execution while building stronger, more valuable, and transferable companies.

With more than 30 years of experience in operations, administration, and leadership, Brenda specializes in working with privately held businesses using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). She partners with Visionaries and leadership teams to strengthen accountability, leadership, processes, and organizational execution, helping businesses become less dependent on the owner and better positioned for long-term success.

Through her Fractional Integrator work, Brenda can step directly into the leadership team as an interim executive, providing the leadership, structure, accountability, and cross-functional coordination needed to move strategic priorities forward. Rather than simply advising from the sidelines, she helps leadership teams translate strategy into action and ensures the organization executes against its priorities.

As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Brenda brings the principles of the Value Acceleration Methodology™ into her work to help owners intentionally build business value and prepare both the company and themselves for their eventual transition. Her approach recognizes that exit planning is not simply about selling a business. It is about creating options, protecting what the owner has built, and preparing for what comes next.

Brenda also collaborates with CPAs, attorneys, wealth advisors, valuation professionals, M&A advisors, and other specialists to help ensure business owners have the right expertise around the table as their needs evolve.

Her work sits at the intersection of vision, value, execution, and transition, providing the executive leadership needed to build businesses that perform today while preparing for tomorrow.
