CODY SEVIER
I’ve been fortunate to grow up around Edward Jones. My father opened the first Edward Jones office in Glendive nearly 40 years ago, helping members of the community plan for retirement. I joined him as a financial advisor in 2017 and had the privilege of learning from him until his retirement.
Today, I’m supported by two outstanding client support teammates, Donna Emmett and Glenna Lee, who bring over 30 years of combined experience. Together, we are committed to delivering top-tier service to our clients.
Our established process begins with a detailed review of your financial situation, so we can identify opportunities to add value. We work closely with you to understand what matters most and create a clear roadmap for your financial goals. With your goals as our guide, I recommend personalized strategies to help you organize, grow and protect your wealth. We also coordinate with your CPA, attorney and other professionals to help keep you on track throughout retirement.
We typically serve clients who are already retired or planning to retire within the next five to ten years. They’ve been consistent savers and value having a long-term relationship with a trusted financial advisor. I’m licensed in over 20 states and enjoy working with clients nationwide.
Montana is home. I was raised in Glendive and earned degrees in business administration and mathematics from the University of Montana. Lifelong learning is important to me, and as such I’ve obtained the CFP® certification as well as ChFC® and RICP® designations, and I prioritize maintaining them to provide excellent advice and service. I am honored to have been named to the Forbes Top Next-Gen Best-In-State Wealth Advisors in Montana in 2024 and 2025.*
Outside of work, my wife, Meghan, and I enjoy spoiling our dog, Finley, spending time with family, traveling, golfing and supporting local sports.
If you think our team could be a good fit for your family, we invite you to contact our office to schedule an initial appointment. We’d love to partner with you.
