GEOFFREY BOYCE
ForFoudner - A Private Community of Founders Navigating Major Capital, Growth, or Exit Decisions.
Geoffrey Boyce is the Founder and CEO of ForFounder. A seasoned entrepreneurial executive, Geoffrey brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling mission-driven healthcare organizations—from start-up to national reach. Before founding ForFounder, Geoffrey was a pioneer in telehealth and virtual behavioral health, helping drive an entire industry from early adoption to mainstream acceptance. His leadership expertise spans organizational design, capital strategy, M&A, and operational scale across multi-state healthcare systems. Known for his ability to turn strategy into execution, Geoffrey has built high-performing virtual workforces and cultures rooted in accountability, innovation, and shared mission. At ForFounder, Geoffrey is focused on uplifting entrepreneurs as they navigate inflection points with clarity, connection, and confidence.
Geoffrey's leadership has been honored as one of Philadelphia's "Most Admired CEOs" by the Business Journal, and he has selected as one of Philadelphia's Titan 100. For his contributions to early telehealth policy, The American Telemedicine Association recognized Boyce with its Industry Leader Award. Geoffrey was named by the State of NJ as a founding member of the New Jersey Telehealth Review Commission and also served for ten years on the MidAtlantic Telehealth Resource Center's board. Geoffrey has been a regular presenter and panelist at conferences, trade associations, and policy events and has testified in DC with legislators and regulators. Boyce presently serves as chair of the George Ramlose Foundation.
Geoffrey earned his Batchelor's degree in English literature from Furman University in Greenville, SC before earning an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia. While in business school, Geoffrey helped launch several small companies, and his team won national business plan competitions for its innovative charter school.
While growing ForFounder, Geoffrey actively advises multiple founder-led companies and loves sharing the collective wisdom, insights, and hard-won lessons of other founders across companies and industries. Boyce joined Vistage in 2020 and is a strong believer in the power of peer groups.
