Jaclyn Ring has over 10 years of mergers and acquisitions experience and is responsible for the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions at REAG. She is an active member of the M&A Source, earning the prestigious CM&AP designation and the M&AMI. In 2023, Ring was elected to the M&A Source Board of Governors and serves as the sponsorship chair. She is a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, active participant in the ACG Women’s Network and the recipient of the 2024 ACG Pittsburgh Women in Transaction Award.

Jaclyn Ring joined REAG in 2013 and brings over 10 years of M&A experience to her role as Director, where she champions strategic initiatives for lower middle market companies. Jaclyn thrives on building relationships — whether cultivating strategic partnerships to expand deal sourcing opportunities or mentoring REAG’s growing investment banking team. She leads with energy and insight, guiding deals from first conversation to final handshake across diverse sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, specialty chemicals, and beyond. Her hands-on leadership of REAG’s proprietary M&A processes ensures clients experience smooth, successful transactions.
A recognized leader in the M&A community, Jaclyn is the 2026 Chair of M&A Source, having earned her CM&AP designation in 2020 and M&AMI certification, along with the 2023 Gold Club Award and 2024 Service Award from the M&A Source. She’s actively involved with the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and the ACG Women’s Network, where she received the 2024 Women in Transaction Award. Currently serving as Chair Elect and Conference Planning Chair on the M&A Source Board of Governors, she also shares her expertise as faculty for the Exit Planning Institute.
