As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Will understands the need for a holistic plan which includes optimizing performance to maximize a business’s value, for both its current operations and a possible future transition.
Will led a ~$500 mil ESOP construction company with five (5) separate operating companies, navigating sweeping industry changes, growing risks, adding, shutting down, and merging companies along the way. He has been an EOS Implementer since 2021.
