JENNIFER OLSEN

Throughout her career, Jennifer has had a passion for big work. She started, built, led, and sold Resourceful, a consulting firm focused on strategic HR and organizational and business impact for companies in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. She went on to direct the Northwest HR consulting practice for the acquiring multibillion-dollar company, OneDigital.

A lifelong learner, Jennifer earned her BA and MBA from the University of Washington. She has been honored as a Distinguished Alumni of the Year at the University of Washington Bothell and as a Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40. She received her Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) credential from Exit Planning Institute and her executive coaching certification from the highly regarded Hudson Institute of Coaching. She has also spent many years serving community causes through board service, mentoring, and volunteering, including AHOPE for Children, CleanTech Alliance, Life Science Washington, and UW Bothell School of Business.
