My name is Lisa McCurdy. I am a dynamic businesswoman with over 20 years of experience. I'm passionate about coaching and helping teams become better versions of themselves.

I speak fluent Visionary. My superpower is helping Visionaries transform their dreams into reality. I've been running on EOS® since 2018. In that time I have helped more than 20 companies, ranging in revenue from $1MM to $50MM+, roll out EOS® within their organizations. 

I am a “Jill of all trades” and a master of one, holding a Masters in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Conflict Management. Additionally, I am a Working Genius Certified Consultant, a Certified Virtual Facilitator, a Certified Trainual Consultant, and an EOS Integrator Masterclass Graduate. 

Delving deeper, I have worked hand in hand with business owners around the globe in the following industries: Manufacturing, e-Commerce, Professional Services, Hospitality, Vacation Rentals, Medical Equipment Sales, Call Center/Customer Experience, Logistics, 3PL, Non-Profit and B-Corp Certified companies. 

As a driven leader I've served as a senior manager for 20 years with experience in both virtual and in-person organizations. I am passionate about innovative thinking and team engagement, approaching challenges with a problem solving, solution-driven mindset. Simultaneously, I am a detailed and direct communicator skilled at working with individuals with diverse backgrounds in multifaceted and multicultural environments.

When I am not busy working on my Macbook Pro, I am a self-proclaimed encourager, you can always count on a positive spin from me. As an organizer, I find immense satisfaction from checking items off my lists and ensuring everything is in order. I'm also a kitty mama to an adorable fur-baby. I'm a make-up junkie, at heart, but on the regular you will find me in a messy bun and yoga pants. When I do have free time, I am a major foodie, always ready for the next great culinary adventure.
