Mark Kreuz is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and the founder of Dont Shut Down, a fee-only exit planning and value acceleration practice serving owner-operated businesses, typically $500K to $10M in revenue.

Mark's background is enterprise systems deployment and IT service operations at scale. He spent a decade in the national IT department of a major international retailer, managing more than 1,200 technology installations and leading enterprise system cutovers across seven U.S. divisions. He knows how to make a business run without one person holding it together, because building repeatable systems at that scale is the only way it works.
