.I began my Edward Jones career in 1988 as a financial advisor, opening the firm’s first office in Hartford City, IN. I relocated to Crown Point, IN, to assume responsibility for an office there in 1995, and I continue to serve that community today.
Throughout my Edward Jones career, I have served the firm in numerous ways, including as a mentor, mentor trainer, field trainer, growth leader, new financial advisor support specialist and visiting veteran. As my business has grown, I have invited four financial advisors to join me to better serve clients. Since 2002, I have qualified for over 20 firm conferences that celebrate the contributions and achievements of the firm's top financial advisors.
From 2007-2017, I served as a regional leader for an area that encompasses the northwest corner of Indiana. In that role, I was responsible for leading 54 branch teams. I was a principal with the firm from 2010 through 2017.
A graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, I earned a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness economics. I also hold the AFFP®, AAMS® and CEPA® designation. I am active in the community and past chairman of the board on the Crown Point Community Foundation's executive board of directors. I am a member and past president of the Crown Point Rotary Club, and I am past president of the Crossroads YMCA and past Chamber of Commerce president. I have also coached in the Crown Point Pups basketball league.
