As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Michael Mack is equipped with the training, skills, and tools needed to strengthen relationships with business owners and serve as their most trusted advisor.
Through the knowledge learned in the credentialing program, CEPAs® holistically plan for an owner’s life outside of their business while successfully building significant value in their organization prior to their exit. Not only will a CEPA® help you effectively transition your business, but will also advise you on personal and personal financial matters.
Among many lessons learned growing up in a small Midwestern town were valuing people, effort, discipline and the meaning of a hard-earned dollar. Since graduating from Wabash College in 2004, I've been blessed with a career where I can apply those lessons to positively and significantly impact lives of people and my community.
Associate Financial Advisor Grant Lee and Branch Office Administrator Rachel Hubbard are critical members of my team. We focus on helping families organize, accumulate and protect their financial resources in order to build sustainable retirement income and secure their financial impact and legacy. We deliver a client service experience with results-oriented focus, attention to details and reliable follow-through.
We use an established process to discover and understand what matters most to our clients, develop and implement personalized strategies, and work together to help keep them on track throughout their life. We strive to exceed expectations and want clients to feel fully understood, informed, in control, secure and confident about their financial goals.
As a reflection of my team's efforts, I qualified for the EJ Managing Partner's Conference each year from 2015-2023, the EJ Pinnacle Conference in 2024, The EJ Momentum Conference in 2025, and was named to the 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors ranking.* In addition, I qualified for the Barron's Top Advisor Summit each year from 2016-2020. I serve as a regional leader providing leadership and guidance to more than 50 Edward Jones branch teams, became a limited partner in 2016 and was named a general partner in 2019.
I enjoy hiking, scuba diving, and coaching youth sports – football, basketball and rugby – in our local community. My amazing wife, Biz, and I have three wonderful kids, Anabelle, Layla and Zander, and our two lovable pups, Rocky and Skye. We enjoy time together with friends at the lake, family game nights, great food and traveling whenever possible.
