In 2005, I began my career in financial services. My interest in psychology allowed me to work with investors and business owners to understand their financial goals. I came to Edward Jones in 2013 because I understood their commitment to goals-based advice for our clients.
As your Edward Jones financial advisor, I believe it's important to invest my time in understanding what is important to you. We use an established, 5 Step Process to build personalized strategies to help you reach your goals. I am proud to serve a diverse group of clients. I help my clients develop a long-term, goals-based strategy, whether their goals involve creating, spending, giving, protecting or transferring wealth. I particularly enjoy working with families that seek to create multi-generational wealth. I collaborate with my clients' accountants, attorneys and other trusted professionals in order to create the most appropriate solution and help them stay on track with their personal goals.
In 2022, I earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board's requirements for professionalism in financial services. To gain certification, a financial advisor must pass the CFP® Certification Examination and the CFP Board's Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants, agree to abide by the CFP Board's Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the Financial Planning Practice Standards.
I became a limited partner with Edward Jones in 2022.
In 2024, I earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designation to help business owners plan for a successful transition of their business.
Our team focuses on delivering an ideal client experience by consistently assessing the client's situation and informing the client of important developments. I understand that my clients are often busy and strive to simplify this critical part of life.
I have a passion for helping others. I not only help clients achieve their goals but have also held numerous leadership and coaching roles within Edward Jones and my local community. Outside of Edward Jones, I am an active member of the Waldo-Brookside Rotary Club and District 6040, the Mid-America LGBT Chamber of Commerce and Plaza District Council.
