Exit Planning Institute - Find a CEPA

Sean Roth is a Lehigh Valley native and financial advisor who specializes in comprehensive financial planning for complex situations, including family-owned businesses, real estate–driven portfolios, and multi-generational wealth planning. He takes a planning-first approach, helping clients simplify financial decisions, coordinate tax strategies, design and manage portfolios, and build long-term, sustainable plans alongside their CPAs and attorneys.

Sean has developed strong relationships within the local real estate, development, and building community, bringing a practical, experience-driven perspective to clients with business interests or real estate holdings. Drawing from his background in athletics, he also has a passion for working with athletes, helping them translate short-term success into long-term financial security.

He is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, where he earned his degree in Finance with honors, and holds the CRPC® designation. Sean is actively involved in the community, serving on the finance committee for the Lehigh Valley Builders Association, on the Board of Directors for the East Stroudsburg University Alumni Association, and as a member of the Whitehall Township Zoning Hearing Board. In his spare time, he coaches football, continuing his commitment to mentorship, leadership, and team development.
