Steve Brooks serves as the Director, Advanced Planning at American Endowment Foundation (AEF).
Steve works closely with wealth, tax, and legal advisors to develop and maintain foundational structure in their client's philanthropic planning efforts.
Before joining AEF, Steve spent over 15 years at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Vice President and held roles at Fidelity Charitable in planning and management. His career began at Merrill Lynch, where he advanced to Senior Vice President for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers during a decade-long tenure.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida and an MBA from Colorado State University. At AEF, he supports the mission of providing flexible donor advised fund solutions, empowering wealth advisors to align charitable giving with their clients' financial goals.
