ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Meet Elizabeth Anderson:
Elizabeth is a Vice President with Whittier Trust Company, the oldest and largest multi-family office headquartered on the West Coast. Based in Whittier Trust’s South Pasadena office, Liz works with families and business owners throughout Southern California and the West Coast. She became a Certified Exit Planning Advisor in 2020 and is passionate about assisting business owners with succession planning and pre-liquidity personal planning.
Liz created Remarkable Business Exits to help business owners at any stage understand the personal and financial value of early planning. Through education and inspiration, she is committed to assisting owners in adequately preparing their financial and personal lives for post-transaction success.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Joe Seetoo is equipped with the training, skills, and tools needed to strengthen my relationship with business owners and serve as their most trusted advisor.
Through the knowledge learned in the credentialing program, CEPAs holistically plan for an owner’s life outside of their business while successfully building significant value in their organization prior to their exit. Not only will a CEPA help you effectively transition your business, but will also advise you on personal and personal financial matters.
Meet Robert C. Kulle Jr.:
Robert grew up in Endicott, New York and was drafted out of college by the Cleveland Indians. Following his professional baseball career Robert went to graduate school where he became certified to teach mathematics grades 7-12. In 1998, Robert decided to leave his teaching position in Syracuse, New York and move to Dallas, TX where he pursued an opportunity in financial services. After meeting his wife Stephanie they moved to California in 2004 where he founded Heritage Capital Strategies, Inc. (HCS).
HCS specializes in life insurance solutions for business owners, affluent families, executives, and family offices. Robert has taken his experience as a former professional baseball player, and high-school math teacher, to differentiate HCS in the life insurance marketplace. He built HCS to utilize his mathematical and educational background to help clients and their professional advisors identify the best life insurance products and funding options for their planning objectives.
Robert, Stephanie, and their two children reside in Newbury Park, CA. They support their community through various school, sports, and philanthropic endeavors. As a former professional athlete Robert loves youth sports and volunteers to coach softball, baseball, and basketball. The family are active members of Sherwood Country Club in Westlake Village.
Meet Dennis Clapp, CFP®:
Dennis Clapp is an Executive Director with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Los Angeles. He specializes in working with institutions and high net worth families to build and preserve assets by leveraging J.P. Morgan’s global platform. Dennis has over 15 years’ experience, having previously served as a Sr. Vice President with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Wealth Management and as Vice President with Wells Fargo Private Bank.
Board memberships have included: ACG101, Woodland Hills Tax & Estate Planning Council, Toastmasters Club #2847612, and Exit Planning Institute (Conejo Valley Chapter). Dennis earned his MBA in Finance and BA in Marketing, both from Loyola Marymount University. He completed his Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and holds the CFP™ designation.
Dennis is an avid offshore sailor, skier/snowboarder, and scuba diver.
