ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Meet Fred Campos:
Fred Campos serves as the Firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Leader for the Southeast region. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Throughout his career, Mr. Campos has executed on more than 150 transactions (buy- and sell-side) that ranged in purchase price from $15 million to more than $1 billion.
Mr. Campos has led inbound and outbound cross-border transactions between the United States and countries throughout Latin America. He provides advisory services to strategic and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Campos founded and led a boutique advisory services firm focused on mergers and acquisitions and exit readiness. Earlier in his career, he led the regional transaction practice for a top tier public accounting firm and established a transaction practice for another where he also led their Latin America practice. He began his career with a Big Four firm where he spent a year living in Chile.
Mr. Campos is a frequent speaker at local and national conferences and has been quoted by the Wall Street Journal regarding his insights into the Brazilian M&A market.
