EPI SHIPPING POLICY

EPI Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy of the Exit Planning Institute (EPI).

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

Domestic shipments are shipped parcel ground unless additional postage is purchased.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday; Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included in shipping days.

EPI shall use reasonable efforts to make prompt deliveries in a commercially reasonable manner. Delivery dates and estimates are, however, not guaranteed. EPI is not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. EPI is not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of GOD that are out of our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or any extraordinary circumstances that cause unforeseen interference with the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

EPI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

If your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately photograph it and contact us.

No replacements will be made 60 days after the ship date.

A domestic package is not considered “lost” until 15 business days after the day it was shipped.

Refund Policy:

EPI issues refunds for all programs or products in the form of EPI Credits. These credits can be utilized towards any and all EPI programs or products unless otherwise noted.

International Shipping Policy

Taxes, Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the United States are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Dept. or Agency for inspections.

EPI has no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into the receiving country. EPI does not benefit in any way from these charges and work with our carrier to ensure few delays as possible.

EPI is not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Returns, Insurance and Replacements:

For international orders, replacements will not be made until after the insurance claim is approved by the carrier and will not be made if the insurance claim is not approved.
