ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Meet Victor Masaya:
Victor Masaya joined Presidio Investors in 2009 and has approximately two decades of private equity investment, financial services, and operating experience. Victor serves as Managing Partner for Presidio Investors, where he focuses on lower-middle market private equity investing.
Meet Duke Punhong:
Duke is a Managing Partner at the firm. He joined Graycliff’s predecessor firm, HSBC Capital US (HCUS), in 2004. Prior to HCUS, he worked at Cornerstone Equity Investors, a middle market buyout fund based in New York. Before Cornerstone he was an investment banker in the Financial Buyers Group at Bear Stearns. He received his BBA Finance degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Meet Angus Littlejohn:
Prior to joining Littlejohn Capital in 2013, Mr. Littlejohn was an associate at Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on investments across a variety of industries. Previously, Mr. Littlejohn served as an analyst at Harris Williams & Co., a middle market investment bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and the aerospace, defense and government services sector. Mr. Littlejohn began his career as a consultant at FTI Consulting, a global consulting firm, where he specialized in corporate turnarounds and restructurings.
