ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Meet Nikoleta Angelova:
Nikoleta Angelova helps companies optimize their financial and operational performance and drive business growth through financial planning, data analytics and innovation.
She has experience in transaction advisory across all layers of the capital structure, helping companies navigate mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and post-deal integration planning and execution. She advises companies ranging from pre-revenue to large-cap on financial management and growth, including analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting market research, developing complex financial models, and designing performance improvement initiatives.
Nikoleta began her career at Citi Investment Banking, where she advised Fortune 100 companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and debt and equity financings. She then joined HIG Capital’s Bayside Capital, where she developed complex financial models and made investment recommendations across the capital structure for a $2.5 billion special situation opportunities fund.
Before joining Kaufman Rossin in 2018, Nikoleta was the director of strategy and financial planning at a private equity turnaround company in the consumer e-commerce space. She also served as the COO/CFO of a mobile technology company in Miami, leading the company’s monetization strategy, identifying and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecasting and budgeting for capital fundraising. In her free time, Nikoleta enjoys assisting early-stage and growth stage businesses with strategy and fundraising.
Nikoleta was a recipient of the prestigious Presidential (Gabelli) Scholarship at Boston College. She is fluent in Bulgarian, Spanish and English.
Meet Angela Santos:
Angela Klemack Santos practices in the area of private client wealth planning and tax. Ms. Santos advises U.S. and non-U.S. high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and their advisors with respect to the design and implementation of tax minimizing and wealth transfer planning strategies, addressing U.S. income and transfer taxes, domestic and international estate planning, pre-immigration planning, tax compliance, asset protection and business succession planning. She also advises fiduciaries and individuals regarding the tax treatment and reporting obligations of foreign trusts with assets or beneficiaries located in the U.S. Additionally, Ms. Santos advises personal representatives/executors and trustees on complex estate and trust administration and postmortem planning.
Her practice includes preparation of wills, revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts, marital agreements, sophisticated trusts, such as dynasty trusts, foreign grantor trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), beneficiary defective irrevocable trusts (BDITs), irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), incomplete nongrantor trusts (INGs), first-party and third-party supplemental needs trusts (SNTs), lifetime spousal access trusts (SLATs), domestic and offshore asset protection trusts, charitable trusts and foundations, and family limited liability companies and limited partnerships (FLLCs and FLPs). Her practice also includes trust administration matters, modifying trusts, structuring new trusts, decanting, domesticating foreign trusts to the U.S., and transferring other state trusts to Florida.
Ms. Santos is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and Connecticut. She was a 2016 graduate of the inaugural class of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel ("ACTEC"). She was a 2016-2018 Fellow of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law ("RPPTL") Section of The Florida Bar. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she earned an LL.M. in Taxation, and Syracuse University College of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of The Labor Lawyer, an ABA publication. She is also a graduate of The Ohio State University, where she was a Morrill Scholar and Fellow of the John Glenn Institute for Public Policy and Public Service.

Founder
Prior to founding J2advisors in order to work more closely with business teams, Jackie practiced exclusively at large international law firms, including McDermott Will & Emery and Jones Day.
Jackie represents strategic buyers and sellers in each state of the lifecycle, private equity fund sponsors, and family offices in complex global transactions with a strong emphasis on health care, health care insurance and transportation and logistics.
Jackie has deep transactional knowledge and years of deal experience allowing her to seamlessly provide her clients with high quality, specialized legal services and strategic advice, including comprehensive deal structuring guidance, and access to a broad range of capital sources and deal resources.
Meet Romi Wallach:
Romi Wallach began working in Financial Services in 2017. In early 2022 she joined NOW CFO as a Business Development Representative in the South Florida market. Romi’s background working with business owners and decision makers has allowed her to expand and provide even more resources and support to the large community of business owners and professionals that she has served over the years. In November of 2023 she became the Director of Business Development for ISA – an organization that provides innovative solutions to business owners looking to grow and scale their business by leveraging remote Global Talent.
In 2021, she Co-founded The Daily Drip, a media platform providing content, resources, programming, and community to support South Florida businesswomen on their journey to maximum potential.
