ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Scott Snider is the President of the Exit Planning Institute (EPI) and the Operating Partner of Snider Premier Growth, a small family investment company. Scott is a nationally recognized industry leader, growth specialist, and lifetime entrepreneur. He launched his first business at the age of 17. At 24, he sold to a strategic buyer (his first “exit”) and joined his father’s, Chris Snider, private exit planning and M&A firm Aspire Management. At the time, the firm was looking to dominate Northeast Ohio’s exit planning space.
With their passion for business strategy and serving owners and advisors alike, Scott and his father Chris purchased the Exit Planning Institute (EPI), introduced the Value Acceleration Methodology, wrote an award-winning book called Walking to Destiny, and effectively increased the business size by 10x.
As an exited business owner himself, Scott’s passion is helping business owners create significant companies while aligning their personal financial plans and helping the owner find and tap their personal purpose. He and his EPI team achieve this through educating professional advisors who surround the business owner during this journey. Creating not only significant companies but significant teams and outcomes.
Outside of business, Scott is active inside of the Northeast Ohio community. He serves on various boards including America SCORES Cleveland and the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program at St. Edward High School. Scott is a former professional indoor soccer player and team owner in the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL).

Meet Mark Kravietz:
Mark Kravietz is the Managing Partner and Founder of ALINE Wealth. Mark offers financial solutions with a decidely human touch. He brings a consummate investment acumen to the full range of clients’ challenges, supplemented by considerable insight in exit strategy. His knowledge of financial, investment and exit planning has helped clients through difficult economic and market cycles. “I also help clients every step of the way in their success,” he says, “from building it to sharing it with their loves ones when that time comes.”
Mark holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, as well as the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton School of Business. He specializes in exit planning and achieved the prestigious accreditation of Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) from the University of Chicago’s Booth Business School. He is a founding member and President of the New York Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute (EPI). Mark has been recognized for efforts in exit planning – he was recieved EPI’s 2016 Leader of the Year award at the Exit Planning Institute’s International Conference and was honored in 2014 with the Excellence in Planning and Volunteer of the Year Award.
Mark was named among the top wealth advisors in New York State from 2019-2022 by Forbes Magazine. He was selected by the Long Island Business News (LIBN) as a 2021 Business and Finance Award winner. Mark was recoginzed by Dan’s Papers on the 2021 PowerList of the East End. He has been the subject of articles in a variety of publications and has made radio appearances. mark also has a podcast about how to successfully exit your business called, “Find Your Exit” and a video series called “Coffee with Krav.” He was a featured presenter at the 2021 PodFest Global Summit.
Mark has been on the National Investment Committee for the American Heart Association. He is a founding board member of the LI Alliance of Mergers & Acquistions Advisors (AM&AA), a member of the New York State Society of CPAs. Mark is a founding member of Registered Player Financial Advisors of the National Football Players Association (NFLPA).
In addition to being a loyal husband and father, Mark believes in giving back to the community. He is currently a board member for the Long Island American Heart Association and is a former member of the Board of Trustees for Portledge School, as well as a fundraiser for the National Breast and Prostate Cancer Research Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Ronald McDonald House.
Meet Ben Utecht:
Ben Utecht has found success in many realms, sitting on the prestigious board of the American Brain Foundation, authoring Counting the Days While My Mind Slips Away with Simon and Schuster, creating the music group REBORN with South African Multi-Platinum Artist Andre Venter and Canadian Grammy Nominated Artist Mark Masri, and becoming a Dove nominated professional singer. He has performed with some of the world's best orchestras and conductors; such as the Cincinnati Pops under Maestro Erich Kunzel, and the New York Pops Maestro Steven Reineke. Ben has also shared the stage with Grammy-Winner Sandi Patty, performed for mega-producer and hit songwriter David Foster, and has toured many times with adult contemporary star pianist Jim Brickman. However, without question, Ben would tell you his greatest accomplishment is being a husband to his beautiful wife and a father to their four daughters.

Meet Mitzi Perdue:
Author, speaker, and businesswoman Mitzi Perdue holds a BA with honors from Harvard University and an MPA from the George Washington University. She is a past president of the 35,000-member American Agri-Women, She’s also a former syndicated columnist for Scripps Howard and her column, The Environment and You, was the most widely-syndicated environmental column in the country. Her television series, Country Magazine, was syndicated to 76 stations. She’s the founder of CERES Farms, the second-generation family-owned commercial and agricultural real estate investment company that has owned rice fields, commercial and residential real estate, and today, the family vineyards sell wine grapes to wineries such as Mondavi and Toasted Head.
Mitzi combines the experiences of three long-time family businesses. Her father Ernest Henderson co-founded the Sheraton Hotel Chain and her late husband Frank Perdue was the second generation in the poultry company that today operates in more than 100 countries. She herself founded CERES Farms in 1974.
Recently she authored HOW TO MAKE YOUR FAMILY BUSINESS LAST, Techniques, Advice, Checklists, and Resources for Keeping the Family Business in the Family.
