In this session, we will explore key tax strategies for financial professionals to consider between the Letter of Intent (LOI) and the closing of a transaction. Attendees will learn how to optimize tax outcomes during the pre-close period, addressing issues such as entity structuring, asset allocation, and potential tax liabilities. The session will provide actionable insights to help navigate complex tax considerations, mitigate risks, and ensure a smoother transition post-close. Real-world examples and expert guidance will help you apply these strategies effectively in your practice.
