ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Leading HDH’s Midwest Market since 2011, Brian specializes in Business Appraisals, ESOPs, and Litigation Support. His background includes valuation consulting, litigation support, and teaching as an adjunct accounting faculty member.
He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie College of Business and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Brian was selected as a candidate in the inaugural Forbes 2025 America's Top CPAs For Valuations List.

Stephen A. White is the Managing Partner and founder of Onyx Partners Group (OPG). Prior to founding OPG, Mr. White spent over 25 years working in the financial industry in areas of investment banking, private banking, and most recently, in wealth management. Over those years, Mr. White crafted his skills by working with a variety of client
companies and industries.
He has worked with family offices and hundreds of private and family owned business over his extensive financial career.Providing top notch service in areas of business acquisitions and sales, establishing buy-sell agreements for business owners, and offering valuable advice on how to navigate through the process of establishing an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
