ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Meet George Cassiere:
George is an accredited Senior Appraiser, holding an MBA degree from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Finance with honors from Florida State University. George has been published in numerous publications and speaks frequently to professional organizations. George has over 3 decades of corporate finance and ESOP experience and over this time he has been part of hundreds of successful capital raising projects and equity transfers. He was formerly the Managing Director of Goelzer Investment Banking and a treasury professional at Eli Lilly & Company with corporate finance responsibilities. He has served as President of the Indiana State Chapter of the ESOP Association and the Finance Committee of the National ESOP Association.

With over 37 years of industry experience, John McGuire has been helping employers, financial advisors and consultants implement proven
strategies that help them plan and effectively manage their ever-increasing role of responsibilities within the qualified plan marketplace.
John is experienced at integrating strategies to help employer and advisors improve retirement outcomes for employees. These types of strategies are used with the following types of employers:
