ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Chris Carey launched his first venture, Modern Automotive Performance, in 2006 with little more than a dream and a bedroom closet to store inventory. In 2011 he landed at #403 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in the US with 845% growth over a 3-year span. His journey with MAP culminated in 2020 via sale to Enthusiast Enterprises with MAP generating over $44MM in revenue through the combined effort of ~80 employees. Today Chris is VP of acquisitions team at Traction Capital and mentors several of their portfolio founders as a growth partner.
Andrew Duneman co-founded Bulkreefsupply.com in 2007, scaling revenues to over $60 million and over 100 employees, eventually exiting in 2020. Since his early days as a founder, Andew has been an active member of Entrepreneurs Organization and EO Accelerator, most recently as a mentor, but initially as a member, and for several years as board chair of EOA. Today, Andrew remains on the board of Bulkreefsupply, angel invests and is a growth partner at Traction Capital.
Peyton Green is VP of Investments at Traction Capital and has been a crucial driver of Traction’s success since being hired as employee one. Peyton comes from a family of entrepreneurs and inherited that same passion for business, his formal education in Finance, Economics, and Data Analytics gave him the technical skills to complement his passion and propensity for creative problem solving. Peyton has led the team from sourcing to diligence on nearly all 14 of Traction Capital’s investments to date, further strengthening his reputation as a value-add investor of Minnesota entrepreneurs.
