Meet Anna Halloran Jacob!
Anna Halloran Jacob is a Managing Director with Diamond Capital Advisors. She is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate operations. Anna specializes in helping privately owned companies maximize their after-tax proceeds on exit. She has significant experience in representing companies in the sale of their business, capital raising and valuations. Anna was COO for a full-service advertising company with over 150 employees. She also served as an Adjunct Finance Professor at Loyola Marymount University.
As an investment banker for both middle market and Fortune 500 companies, including while at (RBC/Sutro & Co.) and Lehman Brothers (NY), she advised CEOs and boards on over $5 billion in transactions. She has advised companies in the consumer, food, healthcare, advertising/digital, retail, software/technology and manufacturing sectors.
As a principal in a $500 million private equity firm, she participated in investments in public and privately held companies in the food, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer and technology sectors.
Anna received an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, Beta Gamma Honors, and a BA in Economics from University of California Irvine. She holds Series 7, 79, and 24 licenses with FINRA.
